No money is being given to The Las Vegas Halloween Parade by the City of Las Vegas. Their belief in the parade, their help in navigating the red tape, and the love of making something happen that is creative, fun for ALL AGES & FREE for the people of Las Vegas to enjoy and participate in is making this all possible.
