What is the route of the parade?
4th Street from Charleston Ave to Ogden Street Downtown Las Vegas
Is there a fee or charge to come downtown to watch the Las Vegas Halloween Parade on Oct 31?
There is no Fee to be in the parade( as long as you are in costume) unless you are advertising something(website, logo, phone number).
what about kids (10 yrs) can they participate?
Yes this is an ALL AGES EVENT
